1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy is maintained by Integrity Industries North Inc. ("IINorth", "Integrity", "we", "us", or "our") to answer common privacy questions about our website at www.iinorth.com and the MARS mobile application (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the personal information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Our website is hosted on Lovable's managed platform. Lovable provides the hosting infrastructure and platform-level security controls; we are responsible for the information we collect and how we use it. MARS is hosted and maintained through trusted service providers selected by us or by your organization.

  • The MARS mobile application used by authorized employees and contractors for workforce safety, personnel tracking, and operational awareness.
  • Related communications when you request vegetation management services or engage with our operations team.

3. Website Information We Collect

When you use our website, we collect only the information we need to respond to your inquiries and deliver our services. This may include:

  • Contact details — such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and project location.
  • Project information — details about the site, vegetation type, access conditions, service requirements, and any safety or environmental considerations.

Location data is used solely for workforce safety, personnel tracking, operational awareness, mapping and dispatching, and emergency response. Location information is only available to authorized personnel within your organization.
  • User information — name, employee ID, email address, and company name, used only to identify users within the MARS system.
  • Usage information — diagnostic information such as login times, application activity, error logs, crash reports, and system performance information, used to improve application reliability and performance.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

We collect and use personal information in a fair and lawful manner. For Canadian residents, this is consistent with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Alberta privacy legislation. Our processing is generally based on consent, contract performance, legal obligation, or our legitimate business interests in operating a safe and compliant vegetation management service and workforce safety platform.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not use cookies or third-party tracking technologies to identify or profile visitors. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate consent mechanism.

10. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
